  • Do you accept insurance?

    Yes. Most major insurance plans are accepted at our practice. We recommend contacting our office prior to your initial appointment to confirm your specific coverage.
  • Do you offer telehealth services?

    Yes. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telepsychiatry services for adults across Iowa. Both initial evaluations and ongoing medication management appointments are available through telehealth.
  • What conditions do you treat?

    We provide treatment for a broad spectrum of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and additional concerns.
  • Are you currently accepting new patients?

    Yes. We're currently welcoming new adult patients for in-person and telehealth appointments. You're welcome to schedule online or reach out to our office directly.
  • How quickly can I be seen?

    New patient appointments are generally available within 1–2 weeks. Scheduling availability may differ based on your provider preference and the type of appointment you're requesting.
  • Do you provide therapy or only medication management?

    Our practice focuses on psychiatric evaluations and medication management. When therapy is recommended, we're happy to connect you with trusted therapists in the area.
  • Where are your offices located?

    We operate from two convenient locations in Urbandale and Keosauqua. Our telehealth services are accessible to residents throughout Iowa.
  • Can I get help if I live outside of Urbandale?

    Yes. Our telehealth services allow us to care for patients throughout Iowa, including Clive, Waukee, West Des Moines, Norwalk, Altoona, Ankeny, Adel, Grimes, Johnston, Indianola, and beyond.
  • What types of providers will I see?

    You'll receive care from an experienced psychiatric healthcare provider who specializes in evidence-based medication management and patient-centered treatment.
